Return Process

  Carefully place your unworn items back into their original Mi Piaci packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a convenient home collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
